Instructions

  • Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C). Grab your muffin tin and set it aside.
  • In a large mixing bowl, combine diced apples, cranberries, sugar, cinnamon, lemon juice, and a pinch of salt. Stir well until everything is nicely coated.
